I had a minor issue tonight while sorting out some more recent pictures, causing the loss of good amount of sorting work. Also, I haven’t had a chance to double check the pictures I was looking through to make sure I hadn’t posted them before – because that violates the rules of this game.
Shown is one from the more distant archives – from the Cherry Festival Airshow in 2007. I apparently had a better than average (for me) location and angle on the central point of the show that year and got a decent close-up of the rescue swimmer just before jumping out of the helicopter. I have a few on the way down to the water too, but this one is cleaner.
