This one’s more literally titled – it’s a real life frog. One of the places I lived shortly after college (picture is from 2006) had a small pond beside the house. I’m not sure what all the tiny leaves are from, but they were completely covering the pond. I went out to see if I could get any good pictures of the frogs poking their faces through.
I would have tried to brush the leaves off this guy’s face, but I think that would have ruined the shot.
Picture taken with Canon Rebel XT, EF 70-300mm lens @ 300mm, f/5.6, 1/25 sec shutter, ISO 100. I think this was my first SLR, and first camera after the previously mentioned Olympus C-2040z.
