Vail was delayed for a day as previously mentioned. It was the largest resort that we went to, although, in reality, all the places were larger than one could really plan to cover in a day. Given the size, there were lots of areas of fresh, though maybe not wholly untouched, snow. We spend the day heading over to and skiing in the Blue Sky Basin area. Getting there by map was slightly confusing because it’s to the right side of the mountain, but then around the back side as well, flipping everything. Fortunately, expedition in getting to a certain point in a ski resort is not really important since you’re at the resort to ski and skiing to get where you’re going.
That’s not much of a story… so look at some pictures. I threw some descriptions in with a few of them.
