This picture of the remnants of a sunset over the Western end of Bois Blanc remains one of my favorite pictures. From a strict picture file standpoint, it’s probably barely shrugworthy, but I thought it was really cool how there was just enough area of cloud-free sky to allow the red from the sunset to peek over the trees like a forest fire.
