A tiger lilly… I think it suffers the same saturation degradation as the bulb from yesterday.  Probably could be solved if I had the picture in RAW format… but alas. Picture taken with Canon Rebel XT (300D), EF 70-300mm lens @ 140mm, f/5.0, 1/80 sec, ISO 100.

Well, if not a flower yet, in the future it will be… I don’t like what the saturation does to the red, but I’m not sure I like the desaturated version better or not. Update: I’ve been informed, with a high degree of confidence, that this is a peony bud…. Continue reading →
