I read several things and had several IM conversations tonight, and I laughed the most at something I wrote…
Oh – I don’t consider the things I say to be blunt. They’re as candy coated and tactful as I can manage. If I was being blunt it would fucking hurt. This is not an argument, just a reflection.
It’s odd when people tell me I’m nice to them (yes, it has been known to happen)… I feel like I should thank them, but also feel like it’s taking false credit, since I’m not any nicer to them than I am to anyone else I know.
